Even with the vast number of technological advances that we’ve experienced as a society, classroom or instructor-led training remains one of the most effective employee training methods out there. Classroom and Instructor-Led training takes the traditional blackboard or whiteboard approach, allowing dialogue between the employees and the instructor (or facilitator) to take place while the instructor teaches.
