What I like most about ProServeIT is that management doesn’t micro-manage me – they believe in my skills to do my job – but they’re available to mentor and guide me when I need it. Also, my colleagues are great people who share a lot of my interests, so I felt like I was a part of the team from the first day I started at ProServeIT.
