Microsoft Office 2013 Support is Ending in April 2023 | ProServeIT

Office 2013 will no longer be supported by Microsoft as of April 11, 2023. What this means is that starting April 11, 2023, Microsoft will no longer provide technical support for any issues, software updates or security updates/fixes. Continuing to use the out-of-support software without upgrading to the newer versions may cause security and compliance issues. Here is a graphic from Microsoft that visually shows support deadlines for the Office software versions and the impact.

What is Microsoft 365?

Microsoft 365 is the new name for Office 365. All the applications and services you are familiar with (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.) are included in Microsoft 365. This page on Microsoft's website shows the details of the available plans and comparisons.
