Where does the Microsoft Licensing Course Fit within Your Technology Strategy?

Microsoft has a wide range of applications and platforms. It is in every organization's interest to purchase only the ones that are required to meet their needs and optimize their usage and spend.

Given the breadth of Microsoft's applications, this course is related to every "room" of "The House" - a.k.a. Technology Strategy Framework (see image).

This Framework provides an organization with a bird’s-eye view of their current technology capabilities and investments and how they are related to different aspects of their business.

To learn more about each room of The House, have a look at our blog, The CEO’s Technology Strategy Framework.
