Where does the Business Applications Course
Fit within Your Technology Strategy?

This Business Applications course is for the "Core Business Applications" and "Departmental Applications" rooms of your Technology House (see image).

Organizations have one business application that is the most important application to their organization. For this one critical business application, strategic thinking is especially important.

Then, there are departmental applications used by each of your departments. There are  typically several departmental applications used within an organization. We need to think about how those various tools should be integrated (if needed) seamlessly to ensure efficient information/data flow between departments.

To learn more about each room of The House, have a look at our blog, The CEO’s Technology Strategy Framework.
