Erin Burchfield is the Global Director of Strategic Partnerships for Microsoft Philanthropies, Tech for Social Impact. A native Seattleite, her career journey started in Nonprofit fundraising, before moving into corporate and technology leadership roles. Prior to Microsoft, Erin was an entrepreneur and co-founder of CEO Wattage: CEO Women At The Top, Achieving Gender Equality, which is dedicated to changing the ratio of women in the C-suite. In her current role within Microsoft Tech for Social Impact, she focuses on developing partnerships with organizations who deliver technology services and solutions to nonprofits, with a goal of helping advance mission impact and outcomes.

In her not-so-free time, you will find Erin out on a long run, digging in her garden, hiking a new trail, or attempting to bring a bit more mindfulness into her life on a yoga mat.
