My name is Tom Shkrabuik, I am the Manager of the Service Desk as well PEI office operations GM, to give everyone a little background on myself, I started at an early age in the IT industry, growing a 24+ year career covering sales, service, corporate deployment, system administration, and project management.

I am originally from the West Coast, where I owned an Apple Dealership that I started with two partners to service the school districts in the BC Kootenays. I also enjoy politics and while living in Grand Forks I completed 2 terms as a city councilor for the City of Grand Forks BC. I have been with ProServeIT now for over 2.5 years and Manage our Global Helpdesk and PEI office & Operations.

In 2009 my family and I decided to make a change. We moved across Canada to PEI after vacationing many times and loving it. Some of the things that attracted my children and I to PEI include Beaches, coastal culture, fall flavors, Cavendish amusement parks, and wine festivals. We truly enjoy the coastal culture!

Robert Grilli is the Territory Sales Manager at ProServeIT. With over 5 years experience, he works to help organizations find unique solutions for their technology needs. “Service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on earth” - said by Muhammad Ali - is a quote that he lives by, and he aspires to promote positive change with teamwork and technology at the forefront.

Outside of work, Robert, who is a former D1 athlete and author of “The Playbook: A Student-Athlete’s Guide to Success”, hopes to empower student athletes to chase greatness both on and off the field. In the summers, he can be found on the baseball diamond encouraging the next generation of ball players to swing for the fences.
