The Denver Dumb Friends League (DDFL) is a non-profit organization that provides shelter, veterinary care, behaviour training, and other services to homeless and at-risk animals. Their mission is to end pet homelessness and animal suffering in the Denver area. 

DDFL was outgrowing their financial accounting system and facing challenges of siloed systems, workarounds, manual processes, insufficient reporting, and security issues. They were looking for a modern solution that could scale over time, help them work smarter by driving efficiency, and achieve higher performance with automation to amplify their mission. 

The Solution: Enabling Efficiency and Scalability with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 

DDFL partnered with ProServeIT to deploy Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, a flexible comprehensive solution that unifies financial, sales, service, and operational systems and processes. This solution allowed DDFL to connect with third party applications like payroll, banking, CRM, or industry-specific systems. Key drivers for this project were:

This unified system has allowed DDFL to modernize their workflows and go paperless. With the ability to easily connect to third party applications, DDFL can continue their mission of ending pet homelessness in the area.
