This #EmpowerWomen clothing drive, hosted by ProServeIT and Microsoft, is in partnership with Dress for Success Toronto. The clothing drive event took place on March 24th, 2025 and what a success it was!

Together, we collected boxes of professional attire, showcasing the generosity and spirit of our community. The clothes that were donated will be collected by Dress for Success and will help women in our community re-enter the workforce and achieve economic independence.

We are so proud to host such a meaningful event in celebration of International Women's Day 2025. Thank you for your support and contribution in the success of our event. Let's continue to #AccelerateAction and create impact, together!

The Movement That Gives Back

#EmpowerWomen Dress Drive was an invitation‑only International Women’s Day gathering that brought together women executives, senior leaders, and allies for a morning of connection, generosity, and meaningful impact.

This marked the 4th year of #EmpowerWomen, proudly brought to you by ProServeIT, in partnership with Microsoft, Dress for Success Toronto, LineZero, CAAT Pension Plan, and The Benefit Code. Guided by this year's International Women's Day theme, Give To Gain, the event was a powerful reminder that leadership is not defined by title, but by what we choose to give to others.

At the heart of #EmpowerWomen was our clothing and donation drive in support of Dress for Success Toronto. Every contribution helped women re‑enter the workforce with confidence, dignity, and economic independence. More than 80 leaders came together for a morning designed with intention, leaving inspired, connected, and ready to continue creating impact beyond the room.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, gave generously, and helped make #EmpowerWomen what it is. This community continues to grow, and so does the impact.
