Event Focus

Human Purpose Meets AI

This year’s event looks at how nonprofits are using AI not to replace people, but to make more space for them. We’re breaking it down into three key areas where AI can support meaningful progress.

Intention is human.
Automation is AI.

AI-powered tools are reducing manual workloads so teams can spend less time on routine tasks and more time on relationships, strategy, and service delivery.

When automation starts with clear purpose, it creates room for deeper impact.

Connection is human.
AI Helps us deepen it.

Technology doesn’t build connection. People do. But AI can help create the spacecontext, and insight to make those connections stronger.

We’ll explore how organizations are using AI to support employee experience, boost engagement, and bring more humanity to the way teams interact and thrive.

Collaboration is human.
AI helps it happen faster.

Cross-sector partnerships thrive on shared purpose. AI makes it easier to align data, workflows, and goals so nonprofits and their tech allies can co-create solutions with more speed, clarity, and intention.

The #Empower Community Awaits You!

#Empower2026 is for nonprofit professionals, leaders, and partners who are curious about how AI can support their mission in ethical, practical, and purpose-driven ways.

Whether you are exploring new tools or already experimenting with AI, this event offers real examples, helpful insights, and space to reflect on how technology can strengthen your work while staying true to your values.
