With over 15 years of experience, Mihae is a marketing guru! She has worked in various industries including nonprofit, IT, the energy sector, and fashion. Holding roles in Toronto, New York City, and Seoul, Korea, Mihae has also consulted with and managed teams in Bangladesh, China, England, Korea, and the United States. The main focus of her career has been helping organizations with little to zero marketing expertise and a limited budget to build a solid marketing team and create and implement effective long-term and short-term strategies. No matter how big or small the marketing team and its budget are, Mihae focuses on bringing results and measuring impact with every marketing strategy and plan she puts in place.
Mihae holds an MBA from Rotman School of Management at University of Toronto. She also has an MES from York University and a BBA from Parsons The New School for Design in New York City.
