ProServeIT does not collect personally identifiable information about individuals except when such individuals specifically provide such information to us on a voluntary basis. ProServeIT may collect:

Micro-site

Certain of ProServeIT.com's web pages are accessible by invitation only. ProServeIT will send an email containing a link to a private site created specifically for the intended user (the "Micro-site"). Information that a user provides to us within the Micro-site may be used for permission purposes, tracking information on how often users access their Micro-site and which documents they view to give ProServeIT feedback on the effectiveness of its content.

If a Micro-site user elects to use our referral service within the Micro-site for informing a third party (each, a “Referral”) about the user’s Micro-site, we ask them for the Referral's name and e-mail address. ProServeIT will automatically send the Referral a one-time e-mail inviting it to visit the site. ProServeIT stores this information for the purpose of sending the one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program. The Referral may contact ProServeIT at remove@proserveit.com to request the removal of this information from our database. If the Referral chooses to access the Micro-site the Referral shall also subject to this Privacy Policy and the ProServeIT Terms and Conditions of Use Governing the ProServeIT Web Site.

Links to Third-Party Web sites

In the event this Site contains links to other sites owned and maintained by companies other than ProServeIT, ProServeIT is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such sites. Users should check the applicable privacy policy of such linked sites.

Opting Out

Upon request, ProServeIT Corporation will allow any user to "opt out" of further promotional contacts at any time. Additionally, upon request, ProServeIT will use reasonable efforts to allow users to update or correct personal information previously submitted which the user states is erroneous. Users will receive a response from ProServeIT within 30 days of submitting their request.

Through this Site, ProServeIT provides users with the opportunity to subscribe to various newsletters. These newsletters provide updates about ProServeIT such as press releases, in the news information, and career opportunities. These newsletters are only sent out to users who have specifically signed up and opted-in to these services. Users can un-subscribe to any or all of the newsletters by updating their personal profile, which they can access from a link in any of the newsletter we send them or by sending an e-mail to ProServeIT at remove@proserveit.com.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of November 15, 2005. Please check our Privacy Policy periodically as ProServeIT Corporation reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Changes to ProServeIT's Privacy Policy will be posted to this Site.

If, however, we are going to use users' personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify users by e-mail or by posting a prominent notice on our Site 30 days prior to implementing the change.

Miscellaneous
