A large consulting firm needed a VMWare expert who could make a positive contribution during a three-month VMWare implementation.

One of our project team members took this assignment. Once oriented to the organization's culture and major players, our VMWare expert was able to re-orient the project and its team, and ensure that the project was delivered on time and provided the desired results. It wasn't easy, and the client recognized that their existing team would not have been able to do this.

We don't always use our own full-time staff for these engagements. We have a strong pool of specialized contractors that work with us regularly on reseller and client projects, as well as on our own internal tasks. As a result, these contractors are known to us and have proven compatible with ProServeIT philosophies and requirements.
